Jack Stanek, Central Regional Manager at H.M. Royal, is responsible for sales support and management in the Central United States. Stanek previously worked at Eastman Chemical Company as the account manager for Chemical Intermediates. He also held positions at Nouryon (formerly AkzoNobel Polymer Chemistry) in commercial excellence, commercial manager elastomer and additives and as an account manager in thermoset and elastomer peroxides and polymer additives.

Justin Pflug is the Technical Manager at HM Royal, Inc. for rubber to substrate bonding (RTSB). He has 5 years of experience in RTSB, both in research and development and technical support in distribution. He lives in Indiana with his wife and two sons and tests the performance of RTSB adhesives from DuPont for all H.M. Royal customers.

Jeff Dvorak
Jeff Dvorak is Vice President and General Manager of H.M. Royal of California, Incorporated. Dvorak came to H.M. Royal with over 30 years of experience in domestic and international sales and marketing serving the polymer, plastics, fiber, coatings, and architectural/buildings products markets. Prior to this role, Dvorak worked at Wacker Chemical Corporation where he helmed the sales and marketing of silicone-based fluid materials into North and Central America.
