Mono-Coat 1924D is a semi-permanent, solventbased release system for molding operations. The formulation provides an abrasion resistant release film with a high degree of slip and high-temperature stability. It contains no Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS).

Common Applications: Mono-Coat 1924D is a water-thin liquid that is readyto-use as shipped. The release system becomes functional after cure. The release film is micro-thin and stable. This product minimizes buildup on the molds when applied according to instructions.
