Mono-Coat 1911WD is a semi-permanent, waterbased release agent that gives superior release durability for rubber molding. Mono-Coat 1911WD provides virtually no transfer of release agent, hightemperature stability and abrasion resistance of the release film. Mono-Coat 1911WD is ready-to-use as shipped.

Common Applications: Compression, injection and transfer molding of all rubbers. Provides excellent release where high durability is required. (Not recommended for silicone rubber.)
