ASP® NC X-1 kaolin's delaminated structure improves stain resistance and washability in paints. It is an excellent titanium dioxide extender and improves opacity of paints. It provides synergistic properties when used in combination with calcined kaolins such as Satintone® W or Mattex®.

Common Applications: Water-borne interior flat and eggshell paints, solvent-borne interior flat and eggshell paints and mechanical rubber goods.

Type: Delaminated spray-dried kaolin.
