Mono-Coat E260

Mono-Coat E260 is a semi-permanent, solvent-based release system that provides non-transfer of release agent, high-temperature stability, high degree of slip, and abrasion resistance of the release film. MonoCoat® E260 adheres to the mold surface and provides
multiple releases with virtually no transfer to molded parts. This product minimizes buildup on the molds when applied as directed.

Common Applications: Compression, injection and transfer molding of all rubbers and EVA. Provides excellent release where high durability is required. (Not recommended for silicone rubber.)
