Mono-Coat 1933WD is a semi-permanent, waterbased release agent that gives superior release durability for rubber and thermoplastic molding applications. Mono-Coat 1933WD provides extremely low transfer of release agent, high-temperature stability and abrasion resistance of the release film.
Common Applications: Compression, injection, and transfer molding of most rubber compounds as well as thermoplastics such as TPU or TPO compounds. Provides excellent release where high durability is required. (Not recommended for silicone rubber.)
