Mono-Coat 1914WD

Mono-Coat 1914WD is a semi-permanent, waterbased release agent that gives superior release durability for rubber molding. Mono-Coat 1914WD provides some degree of slip while minimizing transfer of release agent to the molded part. Mono-Coat 1914WD also exhibits excellent high-temperature stability and abrasion resistance. Mono-Coat 1914WD cures rapidly and is ready-to-use as shipped.

Common Applications: Compression, injection, and transfer molding of all rubbers. Provides excellent release where high durability is required. (Not recommended for silicone rubber.)
