Translink® 445 kaolin is a high-performance reinforcing extender designed to be compatible with polyamides, polyesters, epoxies, phenolics and other polar polymers. Translink 445 kaolin reduces water absorption, increases tensile and flexural strength, increases heat deformation temperature and improves dimensional stability when compounded in polymeric systems.
Common Applications: Polyamides (6, 66 and blends), TPE/TPO, epoxy and polyurethane coatings.
Type: High brightness surface-treated kaolin.
