Saytex RB-9170 flame retardant is a low-viscosity, reactive, aromatic brominecontaining diol with high bromine content. The product is a low-viscosity amber liquid with improved processing and storage characteristics compared to conventional brominated diols. Low viscosity at room temperature eliminates the need for heated, insulated storage tanks and drum-heating facilities.
Common Applications: Reactive diol for rigid polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foams, urethane elastomers and coatings
